Employee Work Related Deduction
EMPLOYEE WORK RELATED DEDUCTION is a simple program to use. A place to record all of your Work Related Deductions as you make them throughout the year. The reports total them by category and also provide a summary of all transactions for each category for a specified date range.

APPLICATIONS WORK RELATED DEDUCTION – record any Work Related Deduction into one of the five headings and their relevant category:
Car Expenses
Travel Expenses
Uniform, Occupation specific & protective clothing
Self Education
Other Work Related Deductions
Complete the following:
- Date
- Payee who the expense was paid to. To add a regular payee use Manage Payees. The payee will be saved for future use
- Details enter extra information in relation to the expense
- Category – Drop down list for standard expenses. To add your own category click “Manage Categories”.
- Amount $ price of expense
- Work Percentage if the expense is not 100% used for work change the % to the work percentage
- Save creates the expense item.
REPORTS
Generated – Shows reports generated. Data is as at generated date a new report must be generated to reflect any changes.
Car Expense Categories – enter start date, end date and choose a category. This shows a detailed report for the selected category for that period.
Car Expenses All Categories – enter start date and end date and “generate report”. This shows a detailed report for all car expenses listed within each category. Click on View/Edit and you can edit and delete entries direct from this report.
Travel Expense Categories – enter start date, end dated and choose a category. This shows a detailed report for the selected category for that period.
Travel Expenses All Categories – enter start date and end date and “generate report”. This shows a detailed report for all travel expenses listed within each category. Click on View/Edit and you can edit and delete entries direct from this report.
Clothing Expense Categories – enter start date, end date and choose a category. This shows a detailed report for the selected category for that period.
Clothing Expenses All Categories – enter start date and end date and “generate report”. This shows a detailed report for all clothing expenses listed within each category. Click on View/Edit and you can edit and delete entries direct from this report.
Education Expense Categories – enter start date, end date and choose a category. This shows a detailed report for the selected category for that period.
Education Expenses All Categories – enter start date and end date and “generate report”. This shows a detailed report for all education expenses listed within each category. Click on View/Edit and you can edit and delete entries direct from this report.
Other Expense Categories – enter start date, end date and choose a category. This shows a detailed report for the selected category for that period.

Summary – enter start date and end date and “generate report”. This shows a summary report for all expenses listed as a total for each category under each heading.
Detailed All – enter start date and end date and “generate report”. This shows a detailed report for all entries listed within each heading. Click on View/Edit and you can edit and delete entries direct from this report.
All Reports can be saved to your device or printed using the information on the screen.
